For Missing Products
Our warehouse will take pictures and make pack list while packing
1) If you find some products missing after received the shipment, please contact with us
Our sales team will review the photos and assist you in locating the missing items
2) If the items were not shipped out by our warehouse for any reason, we will offer a refund or replacement
For Defective Products
Our warehouse thoroughly tests each product before shipping, and we source exclusively from reliable suppliers
If customers receive defective products, we will take full responsibility and either issue a full refund or provide replacements
For Wrong Products
If JH mistakenly sends the wrong products, we will offer a satisfactory solution, including replacement or refund
For Broken Products
If items are damaged during shipping, please take photos and send them to JH sales

Important Notices
1) JH cannot accept goods returned to China, as most products are heavy and have low value
- If you return items without our prior agreement, we will incur high return shipping costs and can't receive the package due to China's strict customs regulations
2) If customers need product data or other information, JH sales will apply with the factory supplier for you
