How We Packed a 27m3 Order with Different Special Requirements
Apr.17.2026
Last month, we received a 27m3 shipment filled with different types of products. Each one had its own packing rules.
No problem – here's how we handled it.
1. Shells – Gift Box + Two Labels
The client wanted each shell packed individually in a gift box. We did that carefully to avoid any damage. Then we added:
A picture label (so the end customer knows which shell is inside without opening the box)
An origin label (showing where the shell came from)
Simple, but every single box got the same treatment.
2. Wax Ropes – Hand-Sorted & Mixed by Color
This was the most time-consuming part. Thousands of wax ropes needed to be:
Mixed by color according to the client's ratio
Packed exactly 100 ropes per bag
Sorted entirely by hand (no machine counting)
3. Acrylic Bases – 10 per Bag + Labels
The acrylic bases were heavy and fragile. The client asked for:
10 pieces per bag
A size label on each bag
A price table label on each bag
We pre-printed all labels, packed in batches, and finished quickly without mistakes.
When the client came to inspect the 27m3, they opened a few random cartons.
Everything matched their requirements – shells in gift boxes with both labels, ropes hand-sorted and correctly counted, acrylic bases properly labeled.
They approved the whole shipment on the spot.
